Mariko is a diclonius. The strongest diclonius there is- even stronger than Lucy!

Mariko has 26 superlong vectors that are so defined that they are visible to the human eye. Mariko is also the cruelest most unfeeling diclonius, and Chief Kurama's REAL daughter. Kurama discovered, after his wife gave birth to Mariko, that the way Diclonius breed is by contact with the vectors. ((I have a theory- since Lucy is the only Diclonius who can actually breed, and Kurama was "infected" by contact with Number 3's vectors, I think Lucy is NUMBER THREE!!)).... Anyway. Usually, Diclonius are killed at birth, but Mariko, being the Chief's own daughter, was kept alive. Right after she was born, the facility implanted a bomb inside Mariko, to destroy her if needed. When Mariko tries to kill Nana out of jealousy (after hearing Nana call Kurama "papa"), Kurama picks up Mariko and walks off with her, giving the signal to explode the bomb and kill the both of them.
